“Celebration” is the title track of a live album released by Japanese jazz pianist Hideaki Hori in 2011.
This work is a recording of a session held at the jazz club “Nardis” in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, and features a trio performance with guitarist Satoshi Takino and bassist Kunpei Nakabayashi. The album includes original works by each member, such as Hideaki Hori’s original song “Celebration,” Satoshi Takino’s “Giraffe,” and Kunpei Nakabayashi’s “RB.” Standard numbers such as “I’ll Remember April” and “All The Things You Are” are also featured, allowing you to enjoy the delicate and tense ensemble that only a drumless piano trio can provide.
