ジャズを聴きはじめて50年以上になります。はじめて聴いたジャズ・アルバムはオスカー・ピーターソンの「We Get Requests」で、最初聴いたジャズ・アルバムが聴きやすかったせいもあり、たちまちジャズのとりこになりました。
それまでは、当時流行っていたベンチャーズやビートルズばかりを聴いていましたが、友人がジャズ・オタクでその影響もあり、それからはジャズばかりを聴くようになりました。
今回、ジャズブログを始めることになり、僕がこれまで聴いてきたいろんな素敵な曲を紹介していきたいと思いますので、当ブログをよろしくお願いします。
I’ve been listening to jazz for over 50 years. The first jazz album I listened to was Oscar Peterson’s “We Get Requests,” and I was instantly hooked on jazz, partly because it was the first jazz album I listened to and it was easy to listen to.
Up until then, I only listened to bands like The Ventures and The Beatles, which were popular at the time, but a friend of mine was a jazz fanatic,so from then on I started listening to jazz music exclusively.
I’ve decided to start a jazz blog and would like to introduce some of the wonderful songs I’ve listened to so far, so I hope you’ll follow me.
