ジャズスペース「Lamp」は、岡山県倉敷市児島味野上に位置するジャズ喫茶です。2021年2月にオープンし、オーナーの皐月庸平さんのジャズ愛から、多くの人々にジャズを楽しんでもらいたいという思いで設立されました。
店舗は民家の一室を改装しており、本格的なオーディオ機器が設置されています。特に、50～60年前に製造された真空管アンプを使用しており、柔らかく温かみのある音質が特徴です。店内には約250枚のレコードがあり、来店者はその中から好きな曲を選ぶことができます。また、レコードの持ち込みも可能で、ボーカルジャズを楽しみたい方のためにカラオケ機材も用意されています。
メニューはコーヒーのみで、豆の種類を選ぶことができ、価格は800円から1000円となっています。基本的に予約制で、1組1～3名の貸切対応となっており、オーナーとのジャズ談義を楽しむことも、一人でゆっくりとジャズに浸ることも可能です。
Jazz space “Lamp” is a jazz cafe located in Ajinokami, Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. It opened in February 2021 and was established by the owner, Yohei Satsuki, with the desire to allow many people to enjoy jazz due to his love of jazz.
The store is a renovated room in a private home, and is equipped with professional audio equipment. In particular, they use vacuum tube amplifiers manufactured 50 to 60 years ago, which produce a soft, warm sound quality. There are about 250 records in the store, from which customers can choose their favorite songs. Customers are also welcome to bring their own records, and karaoke equipment is also available for those who want to enjoy vocal jazz.
The menu only has coffee, and you can choose the type of beans, with prices ranging from 800 to 1000 yen. Reservations are required and the place can be rented exclusively for groups of 1 to 3 people, so you can enjoy a jazz conversation with the owner or just relax and immerse yourself in jazz by yourself.
